Is that a commercial cargo ship? It is definitely not ours, is it? “It is a cargo ship, but its load is not commercial”, I thought. I had no idea what the dark octagon in the sky would unleash.

Thumbnail Sketch
This is a scene that has many years in my head, I could say I got very close to how I imagined. The thumbnail already shows the main elements of it.
Middle Sketch
The middle sketch was a great opportunity to ground and make choices of what would inhabit in the background and how the terrace would look. This was probably the most challenging part, for a scene that I had seen so many times, mentally, to finally choose what was on it, really.
Final Pencil
The final pencil only polished what I achieved in the middle sketch; I think I am satisfied for now with the final outcome. Maybe one day I will remake it, for now, I am glad this exists.
