Original thumbnail sketch (Step 1 in my TRIAD method) for this little winged monster. As it can be seen, the first idea was just him and its very distinctive shape.

For the middle sketch (Step 2 in my TRIAD method) I decided to ground a few things, make bat wings with some references, and add some storytelling. I really found it funny.
