Inktober 2024 – “RHINOCEROS”

I really like this one, particularly because I was going to do a Rhino playing a trompet, but immediatelly I knew I couldn’t draw this animal while ignoring it is an endangered species; I felt my illustration needed to say somthing about it.

Here’s the initial thumbnail sketch. As you can see, the idea is clearly there and very little changed.

Now, I must admit that this working sketch was almost at the final illustration level. I even think some elements work better on this one.
