Inktober 2024 – “SNACKS”

This was an idea I had after discarding the possibility to do a remake of 2020’s inktober.

This is the first exploration sketch, as it can be seen, the mice did not have any personality, and they were fighting over a nacho.

Then, I decided to add a differentiator to the mice, as I imagined what could be tha nature of their conflict, besided the obvious. One was a countryside mouse, while the other one a urban. But this time, I decided that only the country-side one was aware of the danger.

Finally, I replaced the nacho for a pretzel, since it did not read quite well and the pretzel’s shape helped me remark the conflict between the two little guys. The dead bug was an omen for what was about to come.
