Inktober 2024 – “PASSPORT”

This is a character that’s been in my catalog for quite a while.

For this entry, I wanted to do the classic scene where someone is checking a character’s passport, while the character is in the background. Here’s the first exploration sketch:

Since I liked the idea, I decided to draw the robotic suit, to have a reference, even though I was very aware that many of the design will not be visible:

I scaled up the first sketch on the working sketch, though I wasn’t so sure about the character’s face.

So, I remade the face of the character into one that satisfied my expectations. The alien hand was going to change in the final inks.
